After graduating from John Carroll University with Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Melissa began her professional career in the Catering Department at The Ritz-Carlton. Bringing her Gold Standard Customer Service experience to the American Cancer Society, she managed an annual portfolio over $500,000, while coordinating multiple events including Relay for Life and their signature annual Gala.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Melissa has delivered exceptional experiences for world renown visiting chefs at The Culinary Vegetable Institute at The Chefs Garden; managed transportation and logistics for some of the biggest trade shows in America from Las Vegas to Houston; and coordinated numerous corporate and private client events.
